How does pricing work?
You pay per successful solve only. Failed attempts, timeouts, and proxy errors are completely free. Your balance is deducted only when we successfully return a token.
Do API keys expire?
No, API keys never expire. Your balance and keys are valid indefinitely with no time limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, TON, and TRX. Payments are processed automatically.
What is the minimum top-up amount?
The minimum top-up is $5. Larger top-ups qualify for bonus credits - see the pricing page for details.
How fast are the solves?
Most solves complete in under 1 second. Our distributed infrastructure ensures consistent performance even under high load.
What happens if a solve fails?
You are not charged for failed solves. Only successful token generations are billed. The API returns clear error messages explaining any failures.
Do you have rate limits?
There are no hard rate limits. The system scales to handle your request volume. For extremely high-volume needs, reach out to support for optimization.
Can I get a refund?
Balance credits are generally non-refundable. However, we automatically credit back any charges for solves that fail on our end.
Is there a trial available?
New users can claim a free trial credit from the Telegram bot. This allows you to test the service before adding funds.
